About the site

This site describes services offered by Jet Refined LLC in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. It is informational. Nothing on it constitutes a binding offer, a quotation, or a guarantee of availability.

Quotes and scope

We do not publish prices because condition, access, aircraft size and deadline change the figure substantially. Any quote we issue is against a written scope, is valid for the period stated on it, and is subject to the aircraft being in the condition described when we arrive. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is carried out.

Service requests

Submitting a request does not create a booking. A booking exists once we have confirmed it in writing. We may decline work that we judge unsafe, outside our capability, or impossible to complete properly in the window available — and we would rather say so than deliver a job that has to be redone.

Access and third parties

Access to aircraft depends on airport, FBO, hangar and operator permissions that are outside our control. You are responsible for ensuring we are authorised to access the aircraft. We are not liable for delays caused by access being unavailable.

Accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate, but service descriptions are general. What your specific aircraft needs is determined at assessment.

Intellectual property

Site content, photography and design are owned by Jet Refined LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
